A celebration of togetherness: our first Rejlek Oktoberfest
Autumn is always a special time at Rejlek. As the leaves change colour and the year slowly draws to a close, we look back with gratitude on what we have achieved – and on the people who make it possible. This year, we had a particularly wonderful occasion to celebrate: in mid-October, we held our very first Rejlek Oktoberfest – and it was a resounding success!

Oktoberfest atmosphere in the Rejlek garden
In glorious autumn weather, our garden was transformed into a small festival grounds. A cosily decorated marquee provided space for around 165 guests – current employees, former colleagues and friends of the company. It was clear from the moment they arrived that this celebration was all about community.
No culinary wishes were left unfulfilled: roast pork, grilled chicken, cheese spaetzle, white sausage and fresh pretzels created a Bavarian atmosphere. For those with a sweet tooth, there was a lovingly designed candy stand with chocolate-covered fruit, candy floss, marshmallows, chocolate-covered apples and gingerbread hearts. At the Ottakringer Brewery beer tap station, everyone happily raised their glasses – to a successful celebration and to the togetherness that makes us so special at Rejlek.

Fun, games and shared memories
In addition to good food and drink, small games and a decorative photo frame provided excellent entertainment. Numerous souvenir photos were taken – and are sure to bring a smile to our faces for a long time to come.
A particular highlight were the two company tours, which were conducted by our colleagues Mr Huber and Mr Burtscher with great passion and expertise. Many pensioners took the opportunity to see how Rejlek has developed in recent years – and were proud to be part of this history.

A big thank you to all the helpers:
The party was organised with great dedication by Ms Tagwerker and Ms Kasper. We would like to express our sincere thanks to them – as well as to the entire preparation team, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. As a small token of appreciation, bouquets of flowers and a portion of Red Bull were given to the “energy team”.
The management also took advantage of the festive setting to say a few personal words. In her welcome speech, she emphasised the cohesion within the Rejlek family and bid farewell to a long-standing colleague who was entering well-deserved retirement – with thanks and warm wishes for the new phase of his life.

Strong together in turbulent times
The Oktoberfest was much more than just a cheerful occasion. It was a symbol of what defines us at Rejlek: mutual appreciation, team spirit and reliability. Especially in times when the economy is often turbulent, it is nice to feel that we can count on each other – with stability, cohesion and a clear view of the future.
This celebration not only allowed us to celebrate, but also to feel how strong the sense of unity is within the Rejlek family. And that gives us confidence – for everything that lies ahead.
