Continuous expansion: Why Rejlek’s machinery fleet is constantly growing

A valuable expansion of capacity

The Rejlek Group’s already extensive machine fleet, comprising over 600 production machines, has recently been expanded to include a new injection moulding machine. The ENGEL machine, with a clamping force of 160 tonnes (e-motion series), is specially designed for applications involving a high number of cavities and short cycle times. It is capable of utilising 128-cavity injection moulding tools with part weights as low as 0.02g!

At Rejlek, this technology is used, amongst other things, in the production of very small sealing plugs, which are manufactured using a closed-loop process. This combination of precision machinery and optimised processes helps to sustainably reduce traditional production costs whilst maintaining consistent quality.
