Rejlek receives the TE Innovation Partner Award: Recognition for decades of innovative strength

A special milestone for Rejlek: at this year’s TE Supplier Day, we were honoured with the Innovation Partner Award from TE Connectivity. This recognition underscores the close, trusting cooperation that has connected us for decades – and highlights the commitment of our entire team.

The award recognises partners who demonstrate innovation, flexibility and technical expertise even under challenging conditions. These are precisely the qualities that have characterised the collaboration between Rejlek and TE Connectivity over many years. In its statement, TE particularly highlighted Rejlek’s strong problem-solving skills, high adaptability and new tool concepts that enable faster cycle times and maximum precision. Rejlek thus makes an important contribution to the implementation of complex solutions and to the competitiveness of TE and its customers.

Rejlek manufactures a wide range of high-precision components for TE Connectivity: from injection-moulded and stamped parts to multi-component parts such as overmoulded assemblies and 2K LSR parts, right through to complex injection-moulding and stamping tools for production sites in Europe and overseas. The manufactured elements are mainly used in connectors for the automotive industry – an environment that demands the highest quality and safety standards.

In addition to the long-standing partnership, recent technological achievements were decisive for the current award: the successful implementation of several 128-cavity injection moulding tools, combined with targeted optimisation of cycle times. At the same time, maximum process reliability was achieved through integrated 100% inspection of all parts – a challenging balancing act between efficiency, precision and quality.
